DIRECTOR
Mr. Mohan Kumar Jha is a Pharma Expert with over 24 years of experience in reputed companies like Ranbaxy, Alembic, Avantor, and Farmson.
He holds a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from LNMU, Darbhanga, securing First Class in 1999.
He has extensive expertise in regulatory approvals including WHO-GMP, EDQM, USFDA, and EUGMP audits.
His skills include chemical and physico-chemical testing, approved by the FDA, Gujarat.
With deep knowledge in pharma regulations, he has contributed significantly to the growth and compliance of the industry.
MENTOR
Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, a seasoned professional with over 33 years of experience, provides Freelance Consultancy Services to Pharmaceutical Industries.
He offers expertise in GMP Audits, Compliance Reviews, Regulatory Inspection Preparations, Quality Systems, and Personnel Training.
Currently, he is associated with Ruban Patliputra Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Patna, as Technical Consultant, supporting supply chain and hospital administration.
Earlier, he superannuated as Vice President–Quality Management System at Amneal Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a renowned US multinational.
With audits of 300+ pharma companies in India and abroad, and academic qualifications in Pharmacy, Law, and Software Applications, he is recognized as a strategic thinker and pragmatic problem solver in the pharma domain.

Mr. O.P. Singh is Chief Executive Officer & Co-Managing Director of Burnet Pharmaceuticals.
Singh served as Group CEO at Akums Group, India’s largest contract manufacturing organisation, where he led operational scale and strategic growth. He has also held leadership positions at Cadila Pharmaceuticals as President – Sales and Marketing and spent over 15 years at Zydus Group, managing large business units.
An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, Singh’s expertise in business strategy and market expansion is expected to propel Burnet Pharmaceuticals into its next phase of growth.

Dr. O.P. Jha is a Metallurgical Engineer with 30+ years of experience in the global iron and steel industry. He is presently Advisor to CMD, NMDC Limited, focusing on the 3 MTPA Integrated Steel Plant at Nagarnar, Chhattisgarh. An academic achiever, he holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgy from NIT Jamshedpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in IR and Personnel Management. He has held senior leadership roles with Tata Steel, Jindal Steel & Power, Bhushan Steel, Ispat Industries, Welspun, JSW, Anwar Ispat, and SS Steel. His global exposure includes assignments in the USA, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Bangladesh. He is known for turning around stressed assets like SS Steel in Bangladesh and Esfahan Steel in Iran. His expertise spans business transformation, cost competitiveness, technology development, R&D, and sustainability. With strong leadership and strategic vision, Dr. Jha continues to shape the growth and competitiveness of the steel industry worldwide.
